How long does a made-to-order crochet piece take?

It takes about 15–20 business days — roughly 3–4 weeks — before it ships, depending on how many orders are currently coming in.

When will my order ship?

We ship most orders within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items need extra time before they ship — see the estimate above. Check our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Unfortunately, we don't currently have the logistics set up to ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Can I request a custom or made-to-order piece?

Often, yes. Send us a message through our contact page with what you have in mind and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.

How do I care for my handmade items?

Care varies by item — we always include care instructions with crochet orders. As a general rule, hand wash crochet pieces in cold water and lay flat or tumble dry on very low.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final — because some items are handmade, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
